D H Holistic Care Services Pty Ltd trading as DH Holistic Care is a family-owned company established in 2020. Our approach is to deliver holistic and person-centred care service. The foundation of our company was built on “Agape Love” which translates as “unconditional Love” In Greek.
We are a local West Australian company, based in Perth and providing accessible services across the metropolitan area. We cater to individuals living with a disability, private funded Clients and anyone needing our care services.

My name is Dorcas Salome Prosper, I’m the co-founder, and the acting DON at D&H Holistic Care Services. My background is deeply rooted in health care as a Registered Nurse with over ten plus years of clinical experience across different health care settings, different health, and behavioural issues. While growing up, I took comfort in helping others which influenced my decision to become a nurse. This step in my career is inspiring because not only will I be helping the vulnerable, but I will ensure that they receive care as I want for my mother to be care for when she need it.
My favourite quote, is found in Luke 6:31 “Do to others as you would have them do to you.” My vision for our organisation is not only to assist people but be an advocate for those that can’t voice their needs. I am hoping to extend this assistance/support in my homeland, Liberia soon. Disability and mental health are rarely spoken about, in Liberia, even though there is an extensive population suffering from these conditions.
